Combined Service & Payment Policy 

1. Payment & Authorization: > We use a pre-authorization system to verify payment methods. By booking, you authorize YouAndMe to place a temporary hold on your card. Final charges are captured only after the trip is completed based on the final fare report.

2. Refund & Cancellation: > Authorization holds are automatically released if no ride is confirmed. For completed rides, all fares are final. If you believe there is an error in your charge, contact [email protected] within 24 hours for review.

3. User Conduct & Safety: > We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or discrimination. Both drivers and passengers must treat each other with professional respect. We reserve the right to deactivate any account that violates our community safety standards.

4. Service Availability: > YouAndMe operates locally in Riverside, CA. We strive for 100% reliability, but service is subject to driver availability and traffic conditions.
